Description
Repair your turbocharger in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with the AFE 46-60059 GT Series Wastegate Actuator from XDP. Constructed out of black anodized CNC T6061 billet aluminum for maximum strength and style, with locking jam nut for precise boost pressure settings. This wastegate comes preset to factory settings.
Direct-OE Replacement/Upgrade: Bolts up to factory mounting locations, including your factory turbocharger for a hassle-free installation.
Heavier Spring & Larger Diaphragm: Keeps wastegate valve seated longer which maintains power and torque in midrange acceleration.

QUICK SPOOL!

With this upgrade I had a much quicker spool up as well it added 7-8 psi to my system!!!

Bought this waste gate, love it but had an issue with the fit, the studs were not long enough to seat the nuts like the original waste gate onto the turbo housing. Took apart this one and the old one and switched around the plates with the studs on them. Thicknesses are the same and I was alot more comfortable with the stud length. 38 psi at WOT!!! Love It!

easy install and setup with quick spool up and 40 psi of boost but failed after 3 hours of usage, contacted AFE tech support and I am still waiting to find out if they will replace it, ruled out the turbo as the problem as I can get 44 psi with my boost controller so if they warranty their product I'd give it 5 stars if not I'd give it 1 star.

The AFE Wastegate Actuator 46-60059 can be used on both stock and upgraded trucks. (ECM tuning is not required, but often allows a more optimal performance.)
