The ATS 6019012326 CoPilot Lock-Up & Line Pressure Kit for your 07.5-09 Dodge 6.7L Cummins commands line pressure and improved clutch engagement rate allowing for the highest quality shifts. As well as extreme clutch holding ability.All this is done to improve the reliability of the 68RFE 6-speed transmission. The ATS Co-Pilot also controls torque converter lock-up based on vehicle speed, engine load, throttle position and boost pressure. Allows lockup in 2nd gear!

The ATS Co-Pilot transmission computer has many features that increase transmission reliability and performance. The Co-Pilot can be used on a stock factory 68-RFE transmissions or any aftermarket transmission although the ATS Co-Pilot has been specifically designed for use with the ATS transmission package.

In situations where the vehicle owner requires transmission holding ability above approximately 400HP the addition of the ATS Transmission and Five Star torque converter will be required due to the fact that the factory transmission and converter have mechanical and hydraulic limitations. Regardless of the transmission that the Co-Pilot is installed on all functionality will be present after the Co-Pilot is installed. The Co-Pilot also has a feature built into it that totally eliminates the problematic "low-sprag or low-roller clutch" blow up syndrome that is common with the 68-RFE transmission

Features of the 68-RFE Co-Pilot:

The ATS Co-Pilot commands the line pressure and internal clutch timing within the transmission to vastly improve the reliability of the 68-RFE 6-speed transmission. The ATS Co-Pilot has 4 driving settings; stock mode and 3 performance modes. To switch between these four modes, you simply use the UP and DOWN arrow keys on the front panel. Switching between driving modes can be done while driving.

The ATS 68RFE Co-Pilot Lock-Up version will also control the torque converter clutch and lock it sooner than stock. This allows more power to the ground, at a lower speed, while increasing the responsiveness of the vehicle.

Stock Mode 1 - (Down arrow button, purple light to full right)
The stock mode on the Co-Pilot give you stock like shifts while still maintaining higher than stock line pressures allowing for a conservative increase in power. This setting is great for daily driving, and low engine load situations.

Performance Mode 2 and 3 - (Purple light in center of display)
These Modes are great for more aggressive driving and firmer shifts. This mode will be able to handle slightly more power. This is recommended for heavier towing and higher tuner settings.

Race Mode 4 - (Up arrow button, purple light to full left)
This mode if for racing, sled pulling, or high horsepower situations up to about 400 hp on stock transmissions. This mode will give you the firmest shifts and highest line pressure. This has the greatest ability to hold added power.
