Description

The FASS T D07 220G Titanium Series 220GPH Fuel Air Separation System for your 2005-2017 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Diesel is engineered  to be the top performing, longest lasting and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry.  Rated at 220 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Titanium Series offers advanced filtration that will help protect your fuel injection system, effectively extending the life of your Injection Pump and Injectors. These benefits include: improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. For super extreme engines (900HP-1200HP).

This kit includes a FASS STK-1002 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit).  Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8"" Suction Tube along with a ½"" Fuel Return Port. This specially designed Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.

FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend.  FASS Titanium Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually ?polish? your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that?s not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned. This guarantees that your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible.

Bolt On Bracket Mounts
Old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your pump. This has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that utilize your factory bed bolt that secures your truck bed to the frame. Mounting the Titanium Series Pump takes only minutes and all brackets are made from machined steel for durability, support and strength.

Questions and Answers

Can this be used on a stock motor? It will be built in the future.
View Staff Answer
Answer

Yes and no. To a point you can have more flow than you need but you DO NOT want excessive pressure. Many customers choose to purchase a 150gph pump for the stock/mild upgrades because the price difference between the 95gph and 150gph is so little. This is fine as the pressure will still be at the recommended pressure for your vehicle. Having a pump that is larger than 150gph on a stock or slightly modified truck can cause issues. Vehicles that actually need larger units are mainly purpose-built competition vehicles and can handle higher pressures. Along with other competition specific parts, these pumps are going to be much louder. Performance of the motor will produce added pressure which will create more amp draw and lessen the electric motor life. Please select the correct unit for your application. If you are unsure please give our tech line a call.
