It fits my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 perfectly, but it doesn't come with clamps. You will need 2x 4 in heavy duty exhaust clamps. It took me about one hour to cut out / remove the CAT due to a lot of rust. Get ready for dirty job. But its worth it. This is how Cummins should sound ! Got also Aero Turbine muffler with 6 in tip.
