Description
XDP carries the PPE 116030000 Boost Increase Valve that will increase your turbo boost pressure from the stock 18-20 to 23-25 psi in an easy five minute installation. Designed for 2001-2004 Duramax LB7 diesel engines, the PPE 116030000 Boost Increase Valve will not only produce additional horsepower and torque but it will also reduce those dreaded EGTs. Additional fueling via a PPE Xcelerator programmer may be needed to gain higher boost levels.

Gained about 2-3 psi from this 5 minute modification. Paired it with a Banks Big Head Wastegate and the power is night and day.

I installed this on my 2004 duramax and it made a substantial difference. The spool up was faster and also an increase of 6-7lbs of boost. Before the stock turbo was around 17-18lbs of boost max. Now it hits 24lbs quick and easy. Also noticed running down the road it sits higher in the boost than before. EGT's dropped a little as well
