Description
Eliminate exhaust leaks from the old cracked manifold in your 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with the AFE 46-40032 BladeRunner Ductile Iron Exhaust Manifold. In testing, this exhaust manifold out flowed the factory exhaust manifold by 50% improving performance and throttle response.
One-Piece Construction:
This manifold is constructed of durable cast ductile iron with a reinforcing rib for maximum strength between the wall flanges at the ports.
Dual Auxiliary Ports:
Two Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) probe ports are supplied for easy installation of gauges or testing equipment.

Looks good and installed as it should. I have the jacobs exhuast brake and this manifold hits the vaccuum canister, requires a 1/2 in flange spacer.

A little difficult to install. I installed this exhaust manifold and a set of 75 hp injectors. Put some life back in my 02

I just got my manifold in the mail yesterday and installed it right away..I was shorted 2 nuts for the turbo flange, and the instructions are absolutely horrible. Aside from those 2 issues the install went well, it fits great. I noticed 100-110 degree drop in EGTs, also cleaned up a bit of the top end smoke. Slight sound difference too. Overall I think it is well worth the money.

Installed with a set of 100hp ddp injectors so don't know if i got any egt drop compared to stock but really happy with it and i like the dual egt ports

I received this manifold yesterday on time. I promptly opened my new goodie and inspected it thouroughly it seems to be made very well I noticed it was a lot heavier than the stocker. I then went through and matched up all included hardware and nothing was missing which was awesome. The install was a little tricky cause the instructions aren't very clear but after some deciphering I managed to get it installed with little effort. Wow did this wake the truck up i noticed a sizeable difference in throttle response and lower egts as well Close to 200 degrees cooler. I would definatly recommend this over some of the more expensive manifold options as of right now only time will tell with age if this holds up to the grueling az climate
