Replace the restrictive factory cold-side intercooler tube on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the free-flowing AFE 46-20109 BladeRunner 3" Cold Side Intercooler Tube.
Perfect Fit:
Tube comes complete with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation. Silicone Couplings with beads are used for a leak-free seal ensuring no blowouts with these couplings.
Flow and Performance:
The intercooler tube is constructed of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs.

Utilizing the factory mounting locations provides stability and a hassle-free installation.

I ordered this on Saturday, did overnight shipping because I have a huge crack in my coupling. It's not even the right size, or lined up correctly. It said it was a perfect fit for my truck, apparently not. And of course I already took everything apart and took the old intercooler tube off, which won't go back on now because the couplings ripped apart.

I installed this so I can get rid of the plastic junk ford decided to use. This AFE pipe is shorter then the factory pipe. The 1 intercooler boot clamp bolt was bent so I had to replace that. Just installed this today.
AFE got it right, XDP on the other hand...

I got a great deal on the aFe cold side pipe so I can't complain, and aFe's customer service is excellent! However, it's only a 3" pipe, not 3.5" like XDP says.
