Systems are available in 4"" turbo-back with muffler. LARGE Bore HD exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value.
Installation is a Snap:
All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.
High quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.
A free-flowing 24"" long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig.
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.
Flow and Performance:
LARGE Bore HD exhaust systems are constructed of 4"" mandrel bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Does Not Fit Cab & Chassis.

Showed up almost overnight! Fairly easy to install. Be careful with your original down-pipe to turbo elbow clamp. I had to heat mine to get it loose. You need to re-use it. A little tight by the dipstick. I loosened my dipstick for the clamp. Also dropped the tranny cross member to get the cat/downpipe out. I wanted to preserve the factory cat/downpipe (for craigslist)$$$.
This system is quiet, which is what I wanted. The muffler is long. Sounds good, like a jet turbine at the exhaust tip. I had the factory cat with a muffler delete on the truck. It was rusted throught from the cat back. You could see light glimmering through the muffler delete sleeves. It sounds about the same, a little louder when you get on it. Very Nice!!!
