I just installed the AFE on my 08 2500. This DPF back system eliminated the muffler but there is no increase in sound. I picked up 1.5 mpg on the same route. Together with the Bully Dog PMT and AFE CAI I am getting 23 mpg at 68 mph on Hwy 71 in western MO. Not bad.. I am not sure if the exhaust has done much, it looks better, but for $500 ?
