Description
This air intake system produces 14 max horsepower, 27lbs. x ft. torque and out-flowed the factory intake by 105%. Includes a durable 16 gauge, powder-coated heat shield; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. One-piece heat shield requires little or no assembly, and the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.

Installation Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is installed in the intake tube of the air intake system. During installation of a cold air intake, the MAF must be removed and transferred over. While replacement of a functioning MAF sensor is not necessary, it is considered a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the sensor (if needed) whenever it's removed.

Love this filter and intake! The install was petty easy it took around an hour to install and it replaced a 4” intake that would max out the filter indication every drive. No air restriction after installing this. Highly recommend! (Order #1519942)

I have an 04 non high output and I run bully dog power pup on extreme and I removed the turbo ring and pulled the waste gate hose, but after installing this which only took like an hour not even that, but it made such a difference it was like night and day!!! My turbo whistle is INSANELY loud and I build so much more boost to, my turbo spool is super quick also!! I'll be driving down the road and every rice burner that pulls up next to and hears that turbo they get scared and they back down!!! I recommed this to anybody and is going on every Cummins I have. GREAT BUY!

This a really great product the filter is huge you can clearly hear the turbo speeding up and slowing down there is a lot more engine noise (good noise) the install was the only thing that disappointed me it sits up against the oil filer had to kinda bend the heat shield the directions Are not the best but it is a simple install lowered my egt slightly Spoiling is a lot faster I put this product on my 2007 5.9 with the afe intake manifold 5in exhaust and smarty jr the truck runs great

I put this in my 03 cummins back in February, and this def gives a good performance boost. Better throttle respawn, turbo sounds amazing even when you keep your silencer on, little bit of a gas mileage increase(1-3), just overall a great product. A little bit of the tub does lay on your oil filter, but trimming the rubber up a bit fixed that problem. Also thank XDP for awesome service!
