I just installed on my 2004 f250 today. I already have a 5 inch straight pipe so the truck whistled ridiculously loud. After installing this intake the whistle was much more controlled and tougher sounding. This intake affected exhaust sound (seems to have more of a rumble) and shifting. Have not noticed difference in fuel economy yet but truck is running smooth.

Bought this just recently, after reading reviews. Price was competitive and installation fairly simple. Noticeble difference in sound and performance. Can hear turbo whistle more. Have Predator power commander and noticed the exhaust doesn't build up and smoke as much when you punch it. Seems to run cleaner/leaner. Haven't towed with it yet but screams up the local grade. Some reviews claimed 2 miles per gallon improvement. I have not seen that around town, but have yet to take it on a long highway trip. Overall, truck seems to be breathing much better. Next step, new exhaust!

Money well spent. I think this is a great product and at a very cheap price. I have a 6.0 Ford with a 6 inch exhuast so my truck alredy whistled alot but after I installed this on my truck the whistle sounded deeper and more solid. Just an awesome sound. Installation was really easy to it took me less than an hour and I had it on. Great Product!!
