Description
Upgrade the fuel system in your 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with the PureFlow AirDog R4SBD360 Raptor 4G 100GPH Pump. The Raptor 4G improves fuel flow giving you the ability to support fuel system upgrades and other engine modifications. Using AirDog's 4G technology, this pump features a 4-bearing motor design with an intermediate shaft. This allows for self-alignment of the gerotor resulting in lower amp loads on the motor, while providing you with a quiet, long lasting, dependable fuel pump. Each kit includes plumbing, hardware, and required components for installation.

Barely fit in my 2001 Dodge 2500 quad cab 6 speed but it does fit right between the transfer case and the fuel tank if you use a couple 3/8 washers between the pump bracket and the pump. Easy install, not a fan of the sandwich plates but you could drill holes in the frame and through bolt. Will buy from XDP again, very fast shipping and great customer service

I installed this on a 99.5 dodge 2500 with all the good supporting upgrades. It made a great difference on truck and the part itself is awesome And easy to install. Especially with my flat bed. I torched a hole and installed an access hatch to get to the tank pump if needed. Made the truck perform a lot better. Always love xtreme diesel!
