great trans, not so great customer service

ATS Diesel has a great rep from everyone that has had experience with them. I ordered a Stage 2 trans for my 99 Dodge 24V. This thing is freakin sweet, has a huge pan on it, gigantic torque convertor...looks like this thing was built to go in a tank. Only issues i had with it is my truck had the early model year electronics in the trans for the O/D was staying off and the trans temp light would come on. They sent me the different electronics (didn't send the plate to hold the gov. pressure sensor in) and only had 1st gear after that. Called them again the following monday and they overnighted the plate to me. If you have time to work on your stuff during the week, then the customer service will be great for you. For me...weekends is all I got and they are only open Monday-Friday. Only complaint about em.
