Banks Power 7.3L Monster Exhaust System

The Banks Power 7.3L Monster Exhaust System is a 4” mandrel-bent stainless steel exhaust system for your 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. This exhaust system features a 3" Turbine Outlet Pipe, which replaces the smashed stock piece and flows a whopping 728 CFM @ 1 PSI, beating the factory unit by 26 percent. The 4" exhaust piping is formed of heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to drastically reduce back pressure.

The polished-stainless straight-through Monster muffler dissipates the annoying mid-range drone that affects most straight-through designs thanks to an exclusive expansion chamber. This high-flow muffler uses spun ceramic, and extremely high-temperature packing, and delivers a deep, throaty exhaust sound. The huge 5" polished double-walled tip sports a rolled edge and has a 1/2" air gap that keeps heat from damaging the exterior mirror finish. This exhaust tip has an adjustable clamp that allows you to position it where you want on the tailpipe. This exhaust system practically eliminates backpressure and lowers exhaust gas temp while retaining the factory catalytic converter.
