I recently recieved this as a gift from banks to try to keep my happy after sending me 4 defective intakes. I plugged it in and had the same issue as the other guy it said ecu unsupported. Called banks and they said they would have to build a custom tune. So I shipped it back to banks and got it back in about a week at this point it downloaded the tune, I started the truck and it sounded like the engine was going to explode! called banks yet again and they said that it had a corrupted file in their custom tune. They recomended me taking my truck to ford and having it re flashed. I did this and now it works. Definatly noticed more power with the tuner and definatly a lot more smoke. One downfall is that now when I cancel the cruise control it jerks the truck really hard especially at high speed. I also cannot recalibrate my speedometer with this unit.

Bought this unit b/c i've had Banks products on my gas job and liked it. Well i guess they released something AGAIN too soon b/c after getting the unit it wouldn't work on my 02 Ford. I called banks to find out why and they wouldn't even talk to me. So i called XDPs tech support to try and get this thing to work. After your tech spoke with Banks he comes to tell me that there are no internet updates ready just yet and will not be ready for a few weeks. XDP suggested that i try a different unit like the new Edge CS or evolution and they would swap it out for me no problem. So after getting my new edge unit i plug it in and boom 5 min later i'm driving down the road with my new found power. Thanks again XDP for working with me when banks wouldn't. GO XDP!!
