We put a EGR delete kit in a 2005 6.0. Truck runs great, but why does it make a whistling noise when you accelerate. Is it the turbo and why?

i was happy with everything but the cooler delete and the hose that it comes with,it leaked from day 1 even with a double clamp they need to but a raised edge on the cooler delete pipe...
