Stop exhaust manifold cracks in their tracks with BD’s new Pulse exhaust manifold for the Dodge-Cummins. Cast from high silicon ductile iron, the Pulse features expansion joints that allow the manifold to expand and contract without cracking or exhaust leaks. As the name would imply, these manifolds are “pulse tuned” to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow.
The result is quicker turbo spool-up, reduced backpressure, increased power and better fuel economy. Some kits include stainless steel fasteners and washers to prevent lost or loose manifold bolts - gaskets are available separately.

just added my new bd-manifold..on my 03 dodge, it made a big power change than stock, lowerd my egts by about 100-200 degress. good work bd!!!!

I installed a BD-Power Exhaust Pulse Manifold on my 2002 RAM 2500 HO 6spd. I have a stock HX35 turbo. I am so far satisfied with the manifold and have seen a quicker mid-range turbo spool up (after 5psi, it increases rapidly to max). I have also noted about 60 - 100 degree F less EGT. I was a little disappointed in that you only receive two of the stainless cap head bolts (and washers) for the manifold instead of the 12 that are depicted in the photo (you will reuse the stock bolts). You also get two stainless cap head bolts (and washers) for the turbo housing which replaces two nuts. I was unable to install the manifold exactly per the directions since I could not remove the lower aft nut from the turbo housing/manifold flange with the turbo still in the engine compartment as described in the installation directions. The nut is located in a recess on the turbo housing under the wastegate stem and was too tight to remove with an open end wrench (the only thing I could get on the nut). I instead had to remove the turbo and the manifold as an assembly and dismantle on the workbench. This was not a huge undertaking; however, it was not exactly per the procedure. Overall, this is a pretty good product for the money.
