The Bilstein 24-186735 5100 Series Shock Absorber is high gas pressure monotube shocks specifically designed for lifted pickups, SUVs and Jeeps. This shock features a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. It offers super damping ability that makes it ideal for heavy hauling or occasional off-road use, while maintaining an exceptional street ride. Sold Individually.

A pin to eye shock is measured from the base of the stem where the mounting hardware rests to the center of the eyelet. Shock Absorbers sold individually.

I've had the 5100s installed for about 7 years now. Ride quality is good while the bushings last. Bilstein offered free replacement bushings a few years ago due a defect that resulted in them failing over time (mine were almost completely disintegrated after about 2 years). Replaced then and both front bushings have failed again. I'm just going to swap them for a different manufacturer at this point but hopefully they've found an actual fix for the bushings.
