Power steering upgrade box for 2003-2008 Dodge 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. Remanufactured Delphi 600 series power steering box with a 14:1 ratio.
Borgeson has re-manufactured a modern Delphi integral power steering gearbox to upgrade the steering in your 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. Borgeson “Dodge Box” offers a larger piston diameter for more available power assist and a modern variable valve that allows for stable highway driving and effortless parking and maneuvering. The Borgeson “Dodge Box” will bolt directly to the stock mounting location. The "Dodge Box" includes a replacement pitman arm, and hose adapters for a complete bolt-in installation. A Borgeson steering shaft is recommended for installation of this steering box or a flat will need to be ground on the steering box adapter to use the stock shaft.
*Fits all 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD at stock ride height and without aftermarket dropped pitman arms.

great results, miserable installation.

an overall great product, i ordered it for my 04 2500 ram to help fix the extreme play in the steering. Removal of the stock steering box was a breeze, and initial installation of the borgeson box was easy too. Only bad thing was that the borgeson box was not set to center like most replacement gear boxes, so I had to center the gears before reinstalling the pitman arm. that being said its an overall good product and a GREAT upgrade for any HD Ram.
