Power steering upgrade kit for the 1997-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 Cummins Turbo Diesel trucks. This kit includes the Borgeson Dodge Box, Hi-Flow Power Steering Pump and a new OEM style power steering hose kit complete with new Hydro-Boost brake hoses.

Steering Box: Borgeson has re-manufactured a modern Delphi integral power steering gearbox to replace the early 60’s Saginaw technology used in your 1994-2002 Dodge pick-up. The Borgeson “Dodge Box” offers a larger piston diameter for more available power assist; quicker ratio for easier parking and less turns lock-to-lock and modern variable valve that allows for stable highway driving and effortless parking and maneuvering. The Borgeson “Dodge Box” will bolt directly to the stock mounting location fit the original pitman arm and even work with your stock hoses and pump. The Borgeson “Dodge Box” will include an adapter to work with all Borgeson replacement steering shafts; a Borgeson steering shaft will be required for installation of this steering box or a flat must be ground on the steering box adapter to fit your stock shaft. Fits all 1994-2002 Dodge Full Size trucks.

P/S Pump: A direct replacement Borgeson Hi-Flow power steering pump for the 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks with the Cummins Turbo Diesel motor. This pump has the out-put pressure/flow increased to 1,600 PSI and 4.5 GPM to provide your Ram with all of the power its steering needs. Features a new reservoir with two returns (ships with one capped) for all Hydro-Boost or Vacuum brake applications.

Hoses: Dodge Power Steering Hose Kit, OEM Style Rubber, 1997-2002 Diesel with Hydro-Boost Brakes. Includes all pressure and return hoses for both the power steering and Hydro-Boost brake system.
