Leaking O-ring seals in the oil pressure manifold will allow high pressure oil to blow by the base of the ball tube that connects to the injector. Oil traveling into the opening of the connection will blast away at the injector seal until it eventually fails. If you have this situation it is not an injector failure and is not covered by warranty.
