Bully Dog Aluminized 6" Exhaust
Bully Dog Technologies Rapid Flow Exhaust Systems are designed and built with absolute minimal degree angles on bends. This will create the most free flowing low back pressure system in the industry allowing the turbo to move air more freely, reducing exhaust temperatures. Dyno results have shown a significant gain in horsepower by simply switching from stock to a Rapid Flow Exhaust System.
The Rapid Flow Exhaust Systems have the lowest degree mandrel bends offering free flowing and low back pressure. This will lower exhaust temperatures by as much as 200 degrees and provides 10-20 hp increases dependent upon size upgrade and current horsepower output.
Bully Dog recommends using a 4” exhaust system for horsepower applications less than 450 hp, while the 5” systems are recommended between 450 to 550 horsepower applications, and our new 6” systems are recommended for trucks producing more than 550 hp.

I got a 5". It came with the wrong set of instructions, had to shorten the overall length to make the spare tire fit. Also had to fab up some hangers because not all that came with matched up. Overall, it sounds great, but be prepared to do some extra work.

over all i like this exhaust accept the fact that i had to fabricate just about every hanger that came with the kit, and both the down pipe and reducer piece were flared so i had to cut the flare off the down pipe to make it work, but other than the the exhaust is big an looks mint
