The all-new full color screen (CS) and Color Touch Screen (CTS) are the most advanced technology in engine tuning available today.
The CS and CTS programmers offer the same great features and benefits users have to come to expect from Edge Products along with a whole host of additional features Edge’s engineers have been creating for the past year! The CS and CTS come packed in new style ruggedized cases with a universal system for window for mounting (included) or custom pod or pillar mounting (accessories available from Edge) “from the factory” look.
The CS and CTS programmers not only re-program the vehicle to improve power and performance but also double as gauge-display devices providing vital information about the performance of the newly tuned vehicle and can also act as scan tools for reading and clearing trouble codes.
The CS and CTS products connect directly into the vehicle’s computer via the OBDII / diagnostic port and can read and display up to 8 parameters at a time from a list of dozens of engine parameters! CS and CTS displays can be easily changed and configured to allow each user to view the data most important to them. Safety features with user-defined audible alerts as well as performance test features such as 0-60 and quarter mile times are included light sensitivity meters that automatically adjust screen brightness for improved viewing for day or night driving.
The CS model features a full-color high resolution 2.4- inch, button-controlled screen. The CTS model is a full-color high resolution 4.3 inch touch screen that comes equipped with a video- in port allowing users to connect to Edge’s state-of- art back up camera (sold separately including night vision and locking license plate mount) or any compatible off –the-shelf back up camera of DVD player.

XDP Customer service - EXCELLENT!! I called and spoke with a tech to purchase. The tech new exactly how to answer my questions. Thank you!!
Install - This was an extremely easy unit to install great step by step directions.
Function - Works great! Noticed impressive power increase, I have only gone up to stage 3 as I have not installed the EGT Probe yet. Easy to program and set alerts.
Display - Is fair if you only use the 3 gauge display. If you dont have great eye sight the text is very small and difficult to see if using the 6 or or 8 gauge display.
Windshield mount - Is very bulky in my opinion. I will be getting the pod mount or pillar mount very soon. I think this is a must have item.
Tuner Download - The download time is very slow in my opinion when changing between settings it takes over 5 min to complete the changes.
Overall - I think it is a good product. I like the button features as I have large fingers so touch screens are difficult for me to use. I like having the buttons it is great! The unit and display screen are very small, If they made a larger unit that included buttons and a bigger screen that would be perfect! I would suggest buying the CTS over the CS as there are more functions and and options available. It is worth the price difference. It is very hard to make a decision based on reviews online. I would strongly recommend calling XDP tech line BEFORE purchasing and have them answer any questions. I bought the tuner and then called. Come to find out that there was a substantial difference between the CTS and CS.

Bought this yesterday and the wait about killed me. I have been nervous about spending the money on a tuner as i have heard good and bad. I hooked this into my F350 Crew cab duelly today with the 7.3L diesel and GOOD GOD!!!! In stage one (towing) the throttle comes alive and the RPM's wind out FAST..... I already have a built tranny, tight tight shifting and i did note the shifting felt a tad weird - almost like shifting a manual transmission with the slight lag between shifts. HOWEVER the shifting points as hard and tight. I tested the truck on a known road in which at the end there is a sign. Stock at that sign i was always doing about 57mph. On stage one (towing) i was doing 74mph... I tested the 0-60 in tow mode - 9.1 seconds. Not bad for a 5500 pound duel wheeled crew cab truck. So i got curious and changed programs to Race..... When i started the truck up you could HEAR the difference, a slight loping idle. Throttle is hard to stay out of as the truck pulls you into the seats. I tested 0-60 on race, shaved a FULL SECOND off and kicked out a 8.1 pass.... I got to a clear straight away AWAY from people and ran a 1/4 mile time in race mode.... 16.4 seconds with wheel spin for the first 20 feet or so. I HAVE NOT tested extreme mode and doubt i will... in race it way faster then a large truck needs to be. The only mods i am running is a built tranny, tranny cooler. THE EXHAUST is STOCK.... I will be getting a 4" system for it next week. So those times are running through a catalytic converter AND muffler. I suspect that i will see a bit of performance increase with the exhaust. Max PSI on the turbo was 14psi... Im telling you - this product impressed me!! So much so i put it back to towing mode - thats good enough for me.....

easy install tons of power i have run 7 tanks of fuel and my 07 sierra classic 2500 crew cab 4x4 is getting 23.3 miles per gal on tow mode and that's running it like i stole it and i still get grate mileage.i put this thing on extreme mode and i CAN NOT find full throttle good god its fast.I thought my DMAX was the best thing on the road before the edge evolution cs boy i was wrong.the only thing wrong now is all my friends with there edge chipped ford powder puffs 7.3 6.0 and the 6.4 hated my stock DMAX before i got the edge now they wont even fallow me at all...

I love this thing my truck is twice as fas as it was before. I have a 1996 powerstroke and now it runs awesome even bought it from xdp. The only thing i dont like is that it will not defuel the truck when the egts get high. Also mine only came with towing, race and extreme i thought there was a mileage setting.

I put this on my 2004 ford f-250 6.0 diesel. It couldnt be simpler to install. I bought this mainly for fuel mileage and Honestly I think my fuel mileage went up about 5 or 6 MPGs (it stays on setting 2). It comes stock with 4 settings, and you can program your own. On my truck I can see most Temperatures (tranny, engine, Mas, MAf, EGTs, Oil, coolant and a few more) , see what my injectors are running and my boost. the thing I do not like is the Fuel Mileage/Percentage used. Edge informed me on the diesel option fuel mileage/percentage guage is still in the works and its going to take about three months to be out and be downloadable. The Diagnostics tester on this just reads the code (you can delete it) the Codes themselves you can find on Edges Website for what the code means. You can display up to 8 Pids at a time or minimum of four. Lastly it has been about -30 degrees F up here. This product is only tested for -04 Degrees F. (what edge told me) it will show the gauges but the buttons will not work until the cab of the truck warms up. That is the downfall. Otherwise I do like the looks of and the Fuel Mileage gains. My truck also has a Cold Air intake and 4 in Turbo back exhaust. Highly recommended.
