The Edge Juice with Attitude is a highly sophisticated package capable of improving your truck's driveability, towing, mileage and most importantly, POWER.
Using factory-style connections in just thirty minutes you can add five levels of adjustable power ranging from 40-120 HP and increase torque up to 350 ft lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.
The Juice communicates directly with the engine's ECM from which it receives vital information. Combined with the Attitude display, you can monitor all the information a complete set of gauges would and will automatically monitor and display exhaust gas temperature (EGT), turbo boost and transmission slip and de-fuel the engine to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels or transmission slippage. It also displays 0-60 times, quarter-mile times and actual speed if you are using non-stock tires.
The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a Mustang Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location.
Level 0: Stock
Level 1: 40 Horsepower - 150 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 2: 60 Horsepower - 200 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 3: 80 Horsepower - 250 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 4: 100 Horsepower - 300 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 5: 120 Horsepower - 350 Foot Pounds of Torque
Your Attitude monitor allows you to monitor the performance of your engine's vital engine components and output values. The following parameters can be displayed on the main Attitude screen (maximum 4 at one time):
• Backdown %
• Voltage
• EGT (exhaust gas temp)
• Engine Coolant Temp
• Engine Fuel Pressure (pressure of the fuel “lift pump”)
• Fuel Temperature (measured in the VP44 injector pump)
• Intake Air Temp
• Engine Load % (only on later models)
• Module Temperature (internal temperature of the module)
• RPM
• Speed MPH
• Throttle %
• Transmission Temp
• Turbo Boost Pressure
• Oil Pressure
That Attitude can sound an alert when certain engine parameter levels are met. The following alerts are available:
• EGT
• Boost
• Engine Temp
• Speed
• Engine Oil
• Fuel PSI
• RPM
• Trans Temp
Keep track of your performance by recording maximum/minimum for a variety of parameters including:
• Max Engine Temp
• 0-60 times
• 1/4 mile times
• Max RPM
• Max Speed
• Minimum Fuel Pressure
• Max Module Temp
• Max Transmission Temp
It is strongly advised that you do not combine or stack chips to gain more horsepower with this module.
A Hot Unlock Code, which includes a level 6 power level, is available for this product. Although there is not a significant increase in peak HP when compared to level 5, the level 6 fueling curve is more aggressive in the bottom and mid range and adds more fuel in the high RPM range. To get the unlock code you must complete a waiver from edgeproducts.com

I put the Edge chip on my 2001 Dodge 2500 and i love everything about it , it was very easy to instal, it only took me about 45 mins. When i got in the driver seat and drove it i was very happy with it, I saw a huge increase in horse power and mpg and you cant forget the smoke, it blows a huge cloud of blak smoke. All i can say is if your looking for a chip and want alot of horse power and a increase in drivability this is the one you want. For the money i feel you cant get any better.

Pretty good chip, for the VP-44 trucks its one of the best. Got the airdog to keep up with the demand this thing puts on the stock stuff. Its a huge difference over stock. You cant beat having all your guages built in to the monitor either. Now i just need a better turbo(s) setup to take advantage of all that fuel (instead of wasting it out the tailpipe)

i installed this on my 01 dodge and experienced defueling and loss of power when i really got into it hard do to the stupid safety stuff one this chip. i also got the level 6 hot unlock and it lost hp on the dyno on level 6... nice chip for everyday stock trucks but wouldn't recommend for high hp applications do to the defueling software other than that its an ok chip

Prescott and surrounding area ranges in altitude from 5,500 to 6,500 feet. With the 2002 Dodge 2500, 5.9 Cummins and 47re transmission, and 199,000 miles on the clock, I was getting 16.9 to 17.4 mpg around town. Climbing the 1,000 feet from town to our subdivision, I routinely saw mgp drop to 16.9 in stock trim. Adding the Juice w/Attitude, I immediately saw mpg rise to 19.8 (and still rising), an increase of 17 percent, and that is while driving on level 3. Power increases are outstanding as well. This 7,000 pound truck may now be the fastest vehicle I own. Driving it has become a lot more exciting. Where else can you get a 17 percent increase in fuel economy and a 50 percent increase in power for under $700?
