Customer Support Specialist - New Jersey

XDP is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist in day-to-day operations.​ As a Customer Support Specialist with XDP you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks and helping us grow our business to the next level.​

Job Responsibilities:

* Handling a large number of incoming customer phone calls and emails
* Processing incoming web and phone orders
* Communicating with product vendors and shipping department to assure timely processing of orders
* Some phone sales
* Office administrative duties
* Must have open availability(Our shifts are 8:30-5:00-10:00-7:00 & 12:30-9:00)
* Must also be available to work some Saturdays and Sundays

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

* Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail & highly organized
* Must be familiar and comfortable with working with Multi Screens
* Typing 40+​ WPM
* 2 years experience with PC computers and the internet
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience with e-commerce a plus but not required
* Experience working in Live Chat preferred but not required

Data Entry / Order Processing - New Jersey

Job Purpose:
Enter website orders in to order management system for processing.

Duties:
* Prepare web orders for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
* Process orders by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
* Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.
* Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
* Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Inside Technical Sales Representative - New Jersey & Nevada

We are currently seeking an inside Sales Representative in our Las Vegas, Nevada facility capable of handling automotive related phone calls from our loyal customer base. As a Sales Representative with XDP you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling a steady phone volume and helping us grow our business to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Handling incoming sales related phone calls and emails.
2) Entering customer’s orders in our order management system.
3) Researching and learning about new products.
4) Communicating with customers on a technically involved level.
5) Occasionally representing the company at shows and events.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1) Experience in sales preferred, but not necessary if candidate is strong communicator with technical knowledge in our field
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) Experience with PC computers and the internet
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)
7) Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry a huge plus.

Warehouse Worker Job Purpose: Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

Warehouse Worker Job Duties:
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes reports by entering required information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
