The Fleece Performance VGT turbo controller is designed to control a Holset VE Series VGT Turbo when installed on a 98.5-05 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. To verify fitment, turbocharger must come from a 12 volt system and have a 4-pin, flat connector. Not for use on P-Pumped 24-Valve trucks.
