The
PhatShaft
62 is the perfect replacement turbo for towing. The
PhatShaft 62 comes with a 14cm turbine housing matched with a 65mm
turbine. The benefit of the 14cm over the 12cm exhaust housing
is lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures but it will be
slower to spool in daily driving situations. The
wategate is set at 40psi to prevent head gasket
failure. The PhatShaft 62 compliments moderate fueling
upgrades and can support 300 - 550hp.
This Turbocharger requires the use of a 5.9L Common Rail Manifold, HX40 Downpipe, EGR Delete Kit & Electronics needed for EGR removal.
