The Best Systems Start with the Best Materials
MBRP's XP Series is the performance exhaust of choice for the enthusiast who needs a system that can take anything that the road throws at it. This system's rugged sixteen gauge T409 construction can be counted on to withstand everything from salt to rocks, tar to grime. We have had such success with this line that we back it with a Lifetime Warranty.
Built to Perform
You count on your truck to tow all of your gear to where you want it. With your MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to18 HP more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque. Give your truck more pulling power and much improved throttle response with an MBRP diesel exhaust system. Our systems are so much more efficient, it will be easy to see what your truck can really do.
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200ºF and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installing this on your truck a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.
Sound & Style
Performance is one thing but at MBRP we believe that appearance and sound is just as important. Every MBRP performance exhaust system has been specifically tuned to get the optimal sound from your pickup. With our MBRP brand etched on the tip and our unmistakable styling, there's no question that you have the hottest exhaust on the road - MBRP.

It was my second install of a MBRP Exhaust system.
first was a 2010 F150, it was a breeze. second for a 2003 F350, 7.3L diesel. It was a lot more difficult to make sure to clear all the electric cables and break lines, not to mention the rear shocks. It takes a lot of tweaking. I did it on my own and I strongly recommend to ask a friend for help. Its installed now along with a K&N cold air intake.. the sound is amazing :-) I'm very happy with the outcome

First the Turbo down pipe was a breeze the rest was a nightmare.. One hanger lined up correctly, clamps were subpar and had to be grinded to fit around pipes. etension pipe had to be cut on band saw at 6-7 inches for Ext Cab! Really I had to cut a 6" piece out of a 3' section of Stainless!! Waste!! Pipes rub on bed, heat sields and shocks... Sorry for the review but would not recomend to anyone.. $800.00 mistake and one lesson learned.

Sounds amazing, thats it. you lose engine braking-pipes were scratched everywhere-had to clean out the pipes because they were filled with grease, metal shavings, and styrofoam peanuts-clamps don't tighten enough and when you try to tighten more they break-pipes do not line up right and for them to be close to even they rub everywhere, shocks, springs underside of bed, fuel tank shield, firewall, I am worried about heat/fire and am thinking about installing heat shields for protection, seems as if they weren't bent properly-the quality of the material is good but for the price it should fit like a glove and there should not be this type of aggrevation putting it on. Unfortunately I cannot return it now that it is installed so I will continue to tweak it to see if I can get it to fit better and will update later. I have been happy with all my prior purchases to this point. sorry for the bad review.
