Built from heavy duty aluminized steel the MBRP Armor Lite 4" Cat-Back Exhaust System S6108AL offers a value price without compromising on the quality built into every component. While the seams are a major point of rust through with some budget systems the MBRP Armor Lite (formerly known as PLM Series exhaust systems) features fully sealed tubing that can add years to your system.
Built to Perform
You count on your truck to tow all of your gear to where you want it. With your MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to18 HP more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque. Give your truck more pulling power and much improved throttle response with an MBRP diesel exhaust system. Our systems are so much more efficient, it will be easy to see what your truck can really do.
Minimize Backpressure
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200ºF and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.
Easy Installation
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no-weld design makes installing this on your truck a no-hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.

Worked it back to front and made single cut at the end. With some minor twisting I maneuvered the sections into perfect orientation. Tightened it up from there. Nice look without obnoxious noise. Just right.

I have a 2005 2500 Ram and installed this is about 4hrs. (took a little longer to remove old system due to working alone) Love the new sound and enjoying the 3 extra MPG's. Went from 17 to 20+ in the city.I recommend this as a cheep solution for a non-show truck.

I installed this on my 06 ram 2500. Its a nice system and easy to install and sounds good when not towing a camper. The only issue i have is the heavy, heavy drone when pulling a large load and the engine is under a good load. Other than that the system is great and the throttle response and added mileage is a Large plus.....
MBRP Cat Back Exhaust

I purchased the S6108AL CAT back exhaust system for a Dodge Ram 3500 SRW. This was replacing a dual MBPR system the previous owner had on the truck. I spoke with Jarrod and he could not have been anymore helpful. He spent time with me and explained different options that I had and made the whole transaction easy. As for the install, it could not have went any better. I used a cut off wheel on my grinder and removed the old system in about 30 minutes. I then glanced at the instructions hung the muffler and figured out the length between the CAT and muffler. Cut the pipe and I was ready to go. I can't imagine the fit being any better, the hangers fell exactly were needed. All told job done under 2 hours with cleaning up. Thanks XDP, MBRP and Jarrod
