MBRP 4" Armor Plus Cat-Back Exhaust System S6108409 is the performance exhaust of choice for the enthusiast who needs a system that can take anything that the road throws at it. This Armor Plus (formerly XP Series) system features a rugged sixteen gauge T409 construction and can be counted on to withstand everything from salt to rocks, tar to grime. Built to Perform
You count on your truck to tow all of your gear to where you want it. With your MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to18 HP more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque. Give your truck more pulling power and much improved throttle response with an MBRP diesel exhaust system. Our systems are so much more efficient, it will be easy to see what your truck can really do.
Minimize Backpressure
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200F and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.
Easy Installation
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installing this on your truck a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.

Mega Cab upgrade

I installed the MBRP stainless cat back on my 06 Dodge Mega Cab 4x4 3/4 ton diesel...what a riot! The quality, fit and finish along with the awesome tone and performance are a no brainer for the price. The weight savings alone was amazing. Along with an Airaid intake I am getting 22 mpg on the freeway with this beast and 17 mpg around town with my foot in it all day long. I am very impressed and the quality and easy of install exceeded my expectations. Great product!!!!

I put this exhaust on my 07 Mega Cab with cat/del pipe also. It took a grinder to get factory off. Smooth sailing install. Start at front and work your way back. Recommend using impact gun on clamps to get a good seal. Sounds awesome! 2mpg better w/cold air installed too.

Removed old rusted out system and installed Stainless in around an hour,I,m not a machanic and this was with a sore thumb. Starting from front works best. GREAT SYSTEM!!!

This system was very easy to install great looks and wonderful sound with this kit. Interior noise is minimal but you sure know that its back there. power increase and mileage increase noticed. Would buy again!!

Just installed this past weekend and all I can say is I made the right decision. Just in the short time, mileage improvement up 3mpg, the 4" size is just perfect. Everything bolted right up where stock was, it took more time to remove the old stock then to install new. Sounds very nice in the cab and when you go to the back of the truck, it sounds better yet with a deep mellow rumble. Awesome Exhaust!!!!!

I have a 2007 Dodge 2500 5.9L with Crew Cab and 6.4' bed. will this fit my truck and is it Calif legal?
Yes it will. MBRP includes a cut-to-fit extension pipe so that the exhaust system can be used on all cab & bed configurations. (Excluding Cab & Chassis trucks).
In regards to the legality of the exhaust, you will have to check with your local laws to ensure it is legal in your area.
I want to keep the same noise level as stock. Is the S6108409 comparable to stock?
Yes, the MBRP S6108409 is going to have a sound that's much better than stock, but as far as overall noise goes, it's in the range of comparable. You will have a more "throaty" exhaust sound, but it will still be fairly mild. Your truck will sound great!
Does this kit come with an extension pipe in case I don’t want to install the muffler?
No, the MBRP 4" XP Series Cat-Back Exhaust System S6108409 does not include a muffler delete pipe you can purchase one
