I ordered this head because I was pleased with the price and it was new with no core. The head arrived in a nice crate however It came with some problems. First I found that my 2016 intake heater assembly would not fit into the intake cavity. Clearly it was not checked with a gauge. It appears that the entire casting had shifted about a 1/4". I had to grind the inside of the intake cavity to make it fit. Second I found that there are 2 holes under the thermostat area that are not on the old head. One was simply plugged with a 3/4" pipe plug, the other turned out to require a very hard to find (Compact Extreme-Pressure Steel Pipe Fitting, Plug with Hex Drive, M22 x 1.5 mm Male Thread). Use 4936K932 or 915154-5. Third I noticed that the lower rocker housing "wave" does not line up like it should on the head "wave", probably related to casting shift. I also found the intake rocker hole threads were very poor compared to the rest. In the end the truck ran fine and is down the road but what a circus!
