Description
The S&B Filters 75-5090 Cold Air Intake Cleanable Filter protects the engine in your 1994-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel, while providing increased flow, horsepower, and torque. Built to provide 42% more airflow over your stock intake system, the included washable and reusable oiled filter features a 99.51% efficiency rating. The one piece air box design features an integrated box seal that keeps out unwanted engine heat. The cooler the air, the greater the density, resulting in better performance. The secondary inlet lowers the restriction level, resulting in better airflow and performance.
S&B devotes a huge amount of resources to engineer their intakes that allow your engine to run properly with stock calibration or enhanced tuning. This kit was designed to avoid check engine lights by maintaining proper airflow mapping of the Mass Air Flow Sensor.
High Flow Air Tube
Designed to minimize restriction. The air tube on this kit has minimal obstructions from the throttle body to the air box allowing for more cooler air.
Innovative Fitment
Mounts perfectly to the truck's stock mounting positions with a custom fender seal, designed to fit the engine bay and seal to the fender wall.

Wow, S&B has done it again. I bought this for my 1999 Ram 5spd and this turned out to be amazing, super easy install and the air flow is so good, I have at least gained a good 20hp. That is what it feels like at least. Will be buying from XDP more often, they helped with my order and got me the right parts for my truck.
