The Silverline diesel muffler is the key to the
aggressive sound associated with these exhaust systems. With a free-flow
design, the strategically placed louvers provide sound deadening for a more
pleasant in-cab ride while still providing the powerful sound of the diesel
engine during acceleration.

I read the reviews, looked at the sales price, and felt it was a good deal. The system took an evening to install with two people (mostly to get the turbo down pipe piece on.) Not a bad install. There are no direction, but that wasn't a big deal looking at all the pieces. I've been driving with it about 2-3 weeks now. It does have a good sound when you step on it, and relatively quiet otherwise. Thanks XDP!
Worth the money

Not too expensive, and it was real simple to install, only had trouble putting the clam on from the beginning of the down pipe to the end of the turbo. But once that was on it was as easy as slipping on the pipes and clamping them on. It had a great sound, and my truck had a fair amount of miles on it, so the cat made the exhaust smell like vinegar. This fixed it. Obviously because it removed the cat. I had this system for about 7-8 months now or so. I had to order a MBRP muffler delete pipe. But I was wanting a straight pipe from the beginning. Its been a really good system. Ive been happy with it.

I ordered this for my 2005 dodge crew cab I am pleased with it. It went on very easy if you know how to use a wrench and socket. I got it for my work pickup so i didnt want to spend alot but i ended up getting alot for my money Its not to load when your just driving but load enough that people know its not stock and when you are pulling a load thats when it sounds really good. I would buy it again if i had a choice. Its not as cheap and flimsy as i thought it would be its built with good materials.

Ordered by phone on Friday, arrived on Wednesday. Rep said phone orders are processed faster. I attempted to dismantle my existing exhaust system by removing the clamps and seperating the components. This turned out to be impossible as the clamps had crimped the pipe making it inseperable. Save youself some time and cut it all apart w/ a sawsall from the start. I saved the CAT just in case I need it later. FYI, I also read on another post that someone sold their CAT for $85. The kit fits perfectly and slips together with unbelievable ease, especially the down pipe (as opposed to other reviews). The welded hangers are great. I unbolted the downpipe hanger bracket (2 bolts) to remove the downpipe which made removal and installation much easier. As noted in another review, the clamps are indeed useless. The bolts are too short to go over the flaired section of pipe. I reused the OEM clamps. The free tip looks great, but is too big for the pipe... will have to shim it, but no big deal. Total install took about 2.5 hours, but could be shortened by 1.0 if you cut it apart from the get go and don't fiddle with the clamps trying to make them work. The sound is great although there is a slight hissing at the tailpipe, a bit louder than stock at take off but nothing obnoxious. At 70mph it's a low humm. This is the best system for the buck, i would buy it again.
Nice System For the money
