Engineered for optimal performance and a perfect fit, Silverline exhaust systems are developed using the latest technology and undergo extensive fitment testing. Using precise measurements, the mandrel bent tubing improves airflow for enhanced horsepower.
- Direct Fit Design
- 6" Performance Muffler
- 4" Stainless Steel Mandrel Bent Tubing
- Highly Polished 5" Double Wall Tip
The Silverline diesel muffler is the key to the aggressive sound associated with these exhaust systems. With a free-flow design, the strategically placed louvers provide sound deadening for a more pleasant in-cab ride while still providing the powerful sound of the diesel engine during acceleration.
The Finishing Touch
Each Sliverline system is supplied with a highly polished 5" premium tip. This T304 tip features a double wall design, is beveled to one finished edge, and, because of it's multiple layers, will not discolor from extreme heat. The bolt-on design offers the ability to place the tip at the desired length.Warranty
ANSA Exhaust Technologies warrants to the original retail
purchaser that each Silverline product purchased from an authorized
dealer shall be free from defects in material and workmanship covered by
a limited lifetime warranty, when used on private passenger cars and
light trucks for personal use under normal operating conditions. The
warranty commences on the date of the original purchase and is effective
for the duration listed above, or for as long as the original purchaser
owns the vehicle, whichever comes first.
Note: This exhaust is NOT designed for use on vehicles equipped with a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch and/or air suspension system.
Hangers and hangups

I had a few problems with the hangers on this install the front pipe hanger had to be bent with an offset to allow it to fit the turbo outlet and the muffler hanger was welded on 4" to far back even after the intermediate pipe was cut down an inch to allow the tail pipes to sit over the axle without any interference also the passenger side tailpipe was over expanded and would not tighten up on the muffler without some additional work.
