Two of the pins that hold the center plate in place on the fly wheel broke off which caused further issues and now I have a pickup I can't drive until it gets another clutch for almost 1400 hundred dollars I'd have thought the clutch would have lasted more than 2 years.

Yes. The South Bend SDD3250-6-ORG Organic Street Dual Disc Clutch includes everything you need for the installation of the clutch assembly. However, you may need new a new hydraulic assembly if your stock one is worn out as this will make clutch engagement easier.
