Trying to understand your technical specs on this locker assembly.... Is this a "limited-slip" design for traction or does it provide more of a posi-loc traction to the rear axles?
This ratchet locker/lunchbox locker is an automatic locker. It is more aggressive than a limited-slip. On-road manners aren't the most favorable when compared to a limited-slip because of how these units are normally locked requiring both tires to have optimal traction around turns to unlock and differentiate. You will hear a ratchet sound while turning.
