I have a 2006 5.9 mega cab with 16,000 miles. I really did not think that this product would make much of a change to my mega cab, but I was so wrong. The throttle responce improved, I gained 2.5 mpg(21.7 @ 60 mph) and could hear the turbo sucking in the air. It was an easy install but getting under the box to tighten the rubber mounts was a bit diffacult. Another improvement would be to have it match better to the fender location
