The
XDP LBZ EGR Blocker Plate is designed to block the Exhaust Gas
Recirculation (EGR) system on your 6.6L LBZ Duramax. The EGR system
recirculates exhaust gases back into your engine. During this process,
carbon build-up is also deposited in your trucks intake system. After
time, carbon accumulation can restrict your engine and hinder
performance.
Installing the EGR Blocker Plate prevents hot exhaust gases from
recirculating through your engine. Once installed, the Blocker Plate can
be easily reversed returning your truck back to stock. Its
slotted design reduces install time by allowing you
to simply "slide" the plate in place without having to remove any major
components. For off-road use only.

Note:
Installation of the XDP Blocker plate will cause EGR related DTC trouble codes. Aftermarket tuning is required.
