Order Status Help

Order Received - This status is displayed for orders that have just been received into our system. Typically your order will only display Order Received for less then one business day.

Processing - This status is displayed for orders that have been transferred to the shipping department for packaging. Typically Processing your order will take 1-2 business days.

On Hold - This status is displayed for orders that contain product or payment issues. Due to the variations in possible causes the On Hold status will be followed up with an email stating the problem with your order.
 
Back Order- This status is displayed for orders that contain product currently unavailable from the manufacturer. Due to the variations in possible causes the Back Order status will be followed up with an email stating the ETA of your order.

Partially Shipped- This status is displayed for orders in which one or more of your products have shipped and one or more of your products has not shipped. The status Partially Shipped will be displayed until all products have been shipped. Please see your order notes for specific information on shipped and unshipped products.

Direct-Shipped from Manufacturer - This status is displayed when a product is being shipped directly from the manufacturer who makes the product. The status will be updated to complete once shipment confirmation is supplied to us from the product manufacturer.

Complete- This status has two possible options:

  • Complete with Tracking Number- Your order has been completely shipped from our warehouse. You can use the tracking number to view the ETA of your shipment by clicking on it in your order status page or visiting www.ups.com
  • Complete with the phrase "Direct Ship" - For a full explanation see the term Direct Ship listed above.
