The AFE 49-02033NM ATLAS 5" Turbo-Back Exhaust System w/o Muffler for your 94-02 Dodge 5.9L Cummins is a true 5" from the turbo-back, the ATLAS exhaust is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. This system is constructed from mandrel bent 5" aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower, increased torque and reduced EGT’s. ATLAS exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value.

Installation is a Snap:
ATLAS exhaust systems utilize a 2-piece tailpipe design for a perfect fit by allowing adjustability at the tailpipe section. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Aggressive Sound:

A muffler delete-pipe is used for a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow.

OE Fit:
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

My dad and I installed this on my 2001 dodge 2500 about a year ago now and it sounds amazing. However, there are a couple things to be desired. The first is that the tail pipe bracket was too short which was no problem since we have the ability to fab one up. However, if you do not the proper tools to do so you may struggle to get this mounted. Also It did rust on the out side faster then I figured it would but it is Pennsylvania so what can you do. Overall I am pleased and it does sound great!!
