The AEM 21-8204D Brute Force Intake System provides an instant upgrade over the stock air intake system in your 1994-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. By replacing the restrictive stock factory air filter and air intake housing, the Brute Force Intake System creates increased horsepower and torque. The Brute Force System includes an extra-large AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter that is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that provides increased performance, filtration, and air flow. Installed quickly and cleanly with commonly available tools, the Brute Force Intake System has been engineered to be the perfect addition to your diesel engine.

Fit perfect on my 98 12 valve. Installed in 1/2 hour, looks great and really helps with air flow and you gotta love that sweet turbo whistle.

I finally got around to cleaning my brute force and I have had it for some time now. I can now say I have loved it since I put it on. Gives some good turbo whistle gives better mileage and better throttle response. This is a must have for any bad ass truck.

I recently installed this air intake on my 96 Dodge 12 valve, and I was Amazed! Increased throttle response, cooler operating temp, and better milage are only a few of the perks I noticed. The turbo whistle is sweet! Its a great intake for the money!

Installed myself in under a half hour and I have liitle/no mechanical experience. Simple as could be. This intake made it sound like theres a small jet engine under the hood. I've never herd a turbo so loud on a truck of its size, 1999 Cummins 24V. Great buy.
