The AEM Brute Force HD Intake System 21-9113D gives your 2004-2006 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (JOB
1 ONLY) (W/ 2PC. INTAKE TUBE) an increase in horsepower, torque and efficiency. Designed as a bolt-in replacement for your factory intake system, this kit replaces the restrictive factory air filter, and air box, for a more free-flowing system that is tuned, and dyno-tested.
The AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The intake tubing is an aerodynamically engineered and highly durable polyethylene tube. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engines factory emissions control devices including the mass air flow sensor and an AEM filter minder.
Each kit comes ready to install and only requires basic hand tools for installation. Backed by AEM's lifetime limited warranty, this intake system is the perfect choice for your diesel pickup.

AEM Dryflow™ Air Filter Cleaning Instructions
REMOVE FILTER: Remove the air filter from the intake pipe, the OE airbox, or the custom assembly. Handling carefully, lightly tap off all loose dirt and debris.
APPLY CLEANER: Liberally spray Dryflow™ cleaner onto both sides of the filter, with the majority of it applied to the dirty side. Allow to soak in for 10 minutes. Do not allow it to dry on the air filter.
RINSE FILTER: Rinse off the filter element with cool or warm (not hot) water from the clean side out in order to flush the dirt out of the filter. It may be necessary to use your fingers on the hose, to apply light water pressure. Repeat steps 2 and 3, until the water flowing through the media is completely clear of any dirt and debris.
DRY AND RE-INSTALL FILTER: After rinsing, gently shake off excessive water and allow to dry naturally or carefully use compressed air to help speed the drying cycle. Re-install the filter onto the intake system, airbox or custom assembly once it is dry or just slightly damp. Follow all original installation instructions.
