High temps
2
The only reason people keep rating this product so high is because they say they can hear the turbo. Since this is reality, how loud a turbo is doesn't equal power. Since installation I've had to deal with restricted flow and high inlet temps compared to stock. My flow meter is nearly always in the red, I have higher EGT's, and higher rpm's feel flat in power delivery. I'm ripping this system out, throwing it away, and getting the Banks. You can't go wrong with an intake developed by engineers.

Questions and Answers

What the difference between the AEM21-8211D & the AEM21-9211D
View Staff Answer
Answer
The AEM 21-8211D is considered the "AEM Brute Force" and the AEM 21-9211D is considered the "AEM Brute Force HD". AEM has engineered their Brute Force HD intakes to deliver maximum flow, filtration and durability for heavy duty applications and they even outperform the "AEM Brute Force" intakes in both dust holding capacity and filter flow.
