Maximize airflow to the engine in your 2017-2019 GM 6.6L Duramax with the AFE 31-10275 Pro Dry S Drop-In Replacement Filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane on all sides, this high-flow, oil-free OE replacement performance filter will outflow the stock filter for improved horsepower and torque.
Pro DRY S Media:
This filter features 3-layers of progressive media to provide maximum flow with excellent filtration. The progressive layering of media allows the filter to flow at high levels even when dirty. The Pro DRY S non-oiled synthetic air filter requires no oils for cleaning for maximum convenience.
Rounded Open Pleats:
aFe performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which produces more usable filter surface area for increased flow and greater dust holding capacity.
Progressive Bump Seal:
This pliable sealing surface conforms to even the most uneven filter housing. This design eliminates the use of gaskets or sealants. The soft urethane construction always goes back to its original form so you will never compress the bump seal. This makes for a perfect filter fit and sealing surface every time.
Full Urethane Housing:

After driving for a few weeks with this filter I've averaged a 1 MPG increase and a slight improvement on throttle response. I live in a hot climate so I'm reluctant to go all the way with a Cold Air Intake. This filter serves it's purpose and performs a bit better than your standard air filters out there

First of all, great service as always from XDP. Shipped same day as advertised and it was an overall smooth transaction. For the filter, so far so good. I mean it's a drop-in filter, but I bought it because the factory ones have a tendency to suck into the intake after adding more power, or a resonator tube and turbo horn. Didn't want that to happen so snagged this one per some recommendations from other names in the diesel industry having done testing. I will say, I do have slightly better throttle response with it and I do think it's simply because the factory one sucks an this one just lets more air through. Thanks XDP!
