Description
Increase flow and performance in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel with an AFE 46-20014 BladeRunner Hot & Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Kit from XDP.
Flow and Performance: The intercooler tubes are constructed of 3" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow then powder-coated for heat and corrosion resistance. The Smooth bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's.
Installation is a snap:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations to provide stability for a hassle-free installation. Includes constant tension, Spring loaded, t-bolt clamps for a leak-free seal and heavy-duty 5-PLY couplings for strength. Fits OEM or aFe's upgraded intercooler
aFe Badging:
Unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style.

Order #2825753. Definitely a massive improvement over stock. High quality boots, good hardware, and great looking finish! Only reason I didn’t rate these 5 stars is because the instructions were very vague. Wasn’t until I had the hot side pipe in the truck that it was installed incorrectly. The boots for the hot side are very different than normal boots. Did not know that until it was tool late. Did not specify in the instructions. Otherwise, great product for a great price!!
