Description
The AFE 46-20094-B BladeRunner Intercooler Pipe Kit for your 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke replace both the hot and cold side intercooler pipes on your truck and outflow the factory design by up to 5%! Intercooler Tube Kits come complete with everything needed for installation and fit both the AFE & OEM intercooler (reuses existing intercooler couplers and clamps).
Flow and Performance:
The intercooler tubes are constructed of 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then powder-coated for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth bends allow for low turbulence while increasing horsepower and torque with lower EGTs.
Installation is a snap:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations to provide stability for a hassle-free installation. Includes heavy-duty 5-PLY couplings for strength. These intercooler tubes fit both AFE & OEM intercoolers.
AFE Badging:
Unique laser-cut AFE Power logo plates are welded-on for an aggressive style.

Pipes were a easy install. They look nice and appear to be well made. They look a lot better under the hood than the factory pipes. After towing my camper on a 700 mile round trip it seemed like turbo / air intake suction was louder. I don’t know if this was due to the hot side pipe not having a wrap on it or not. EGT’s went down a little. I will need to make a few more trips to see if it is consistent or not.

Went on with ease. Only had to remove intake tube to pull hot side out and a vacuum line for the cold side. New boots are very nice. Clamps are very nice.

The intercooler connections are not included because this kit works on both aftermarket and stock intercoolers and the sizes may be different depending on what each person has on their truck.
