Description
Outflow the factory hot side intercooler tube on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke by 7% with the AFE 46-20108-B BladeRunner Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. AFE constructs the 46-20108-B from 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for strength, increased airflow, and reduced turbulence then adds a wrinkle-black powder coat for good looks and excellent heat resistance.
Utilizing the included reinforced couplers and stainless steel clamps, this AFE hot side tube is a direct replacement for your factory tube and mates right up to the factory intercooler for a hassle-free installation. This tube is also equipped with an 1/8" NPT port for adding a sensor or injection.

When I installed the pipe I was tightening it up and it crushed the pipe the clamps weren’t even tight yet.

The clamp going to the turbo is the exact same size as the one going to the intercooler. However as the boots will show you, the intercooler side clampshould be much bigger. Has to reuse the factory clamps from the old tube as the other one is impossible to fit on. Would look great except for the mismatched clamps. #1327606

I am giving this one star because the afe emblem fell off my brand new charge pipe after not even 50 miles of driving leaving 4 small holes in it from the spot welds. I also noticed as soon as I took it out of the box the spot welds holding the emblem on were very poor quality just goobered on. I have been running the afe bladerunner cold side charge pipe for many years now and its been great and the spot welds holding the emblem on this one are very clean and well done. seems the quality in this product has gone down hill or I just got lemon?
