Description
The AFE 49-04043 ATLAS 4" Dual Exhaust System is a sure way to increase flow and add some styling to your 2011-2016 Duramax LML. This system is built from 4" Aluminized steel tube and installs using the same factory locations as your stock exhaust. Designed as a bolt-on kit, this system also includes all hardware needed for installation of the second tailpipe as well as high quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. The final touch is your choice of 2 polished or black powdercoated 6" exhaust tips.
Single To Dual Exhaust Conversion:
This exhaust is designed to convert the standard single exhaust into an aggressive dual exhaust.
Fits With Spare Tire:
This exhaust system fits perfectly without relocating the spare tire.
OE Fit:
OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.
Flow and Performance:
This ATLAS exhaust system is constructed of 4" mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs.

Super easy to install, great fit, absolutely no issues with spare tire. Helps give the lml a little deeper tone. My only suggestion to the makers is give the people power of choice for exhaust tips. I would prefer 5 inch tips rather than 6". Some people may differ and want the size of their choice. Also don't care for the tag pop riveted on the tips. Prefer a clean look. All is great but will be changing out the tips in the future. Thanks for building this style dual exhaust and exit location and mastering the fit in this tight clearance area on the driver's side.
