Bought the Turbo Inlet Tube for my LLY Duramax because it has a history of running hot when I pull my RV trailer up a long grade, on a hot day, with the AC on. Shipping was fast, it was very easy to install and looks like a quality product. I took the RV trailer out for a weekend and had no cooling issues but the weather was mild and I had no long grades to go over so I don't know if it helped with the cooling issue or not. I still can't decide if I could feel a difference in power or spool up time but if it does help the difference is minor.

Installed and kept everything stock and got a 50 degree drop in egt turbo also spools sooner. a couple of weeks later added a 4 inch turbo back exhaust but kept the stock air box lost about 250 more degrees. So far have been impressed and that is basically running at stock power. With a 7000 lb load my egt was 1137 degrees and it was 90 degrees outside before i added the bladerunner and 4 inch it would approach 1325 degrees.

This is a nice piece on the outside but the inside looks very ruff. I can not see how it can improve the air flow when the inside looks like sand paper. If it were polished up on the inside I could see this flowing air smoothly to the turbo. I guess that is why they only show a picture of the outside and not the inside were all the action is happening.
