Unfortunately it does not seem that you’d be able to use you factory chrome piece unless you fabricated it to work with these lights in some way.

Unfortunately Anzo does not provide the headlamp adjustment information as it differs from application to application and is not something thats alway necessary after installation. Headlamp adjustment would be the same as the OE procedure. (There plenty of diagrams and information to be found online if you do not have a service manual with these details.)
